We had work done by numerous contractors in the past, but never stuck to one until we found Tom K. We've had him do multiple projects over the last 2 years and have no intention of calling anyone else when the next project comes up.  Quality work and great communication were key to us.

Tom K. really helped us take our rough ideas and make them so much better. Whether it was floor tiling selection, bathroom remodel ideas, color selection, materials selection - you name it, Tom had great suggestions and made our projects better than we had planned. 

We had a hard time finding someone who would take the time to bid on what we thought was a good sized job but they thought too small. Over the past 2 years we have been doing a lot of remodeling on our home and working with a variety of contractors. The opportunity to work with City Crawl came up and we had Tom come out to give us a quote on our kitchen. We were impressed from day 1. My wife and I bought a 1956 house that needed a lot of work done since it hasn’t been updated in many years! One of the biggest projects was our main bathroom. CityCrawl came in and listened to what my wife and I envisioned and they came through! Our house also has cement walls which requires a lot of work to remove and they handled the demolition very well while also keeping the rest of our house from being damaged. CityCrawl came in, repaired and improved the work performed by the previous contractor.  I loved their work so much I had them return and they re-sheet rocked my ceiling, installing new wiring, lights and updating the look of my bonus room.  

1.  My fireplace bricks had become a real challenge due to 30 years of weathering it now is like new.

2.my out side deck had been long over due for replacement from its original design and replacement. It is now above my personal expectation with your direction and advise looks its best from original condition and design.

3. The retaining wall below the deck is beautiful along with the flooring which was completed with beautiful styling.

4. My outside doors all work in closing and opening and locking just perfect. So I just want to say thanks for all you did to my great satisfaction. I fully intend to keep your contact for any future repair work that I may need. Once again thanks to you for a job well done.

Quality workmanship & clear communication

Our attic insulation needed attention. Tom and Aaron did a great job assessing the problems and then carrying out the plan. He talked with us about each step and did great work within the time frame. Our house is much improved.

He and Aaron also did an excellent job rebuilding a stone garden wall that was leaning and in danger of collapsing. Their work has always been excellent, completed in a timely manner and very fairly priced.
